Refund Policy

 

RETURNS

This Return Policy is applicable to the original purchaser only. Our policy is 30 days starting from date of purchase. If 30 days have been exceeded from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  1. Return eligibility is as follows:
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
  • Items must be in original packaging.
  1. Partial refund eligibility is as follows (If applicable):
  • Item is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not on our part.
  • Items returned after 30 days from date of purchase.
  1. Refunds (if applicable)
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt or your return item/s and inspected to see if it satisfies the return eligibility. We will send you a notification email confirming that your item/s has been received and whether or not your return has been approved or rejected for a refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the method of your original payment, within 7 - 10 days.
  1. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account that was used to make purchase payment
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@smartmicorbes.com.
  1. Exchange eligibility is as follows (if applicable):
  • Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. You may contact us for exchanges by emailing us at: info@plitcorp.comand return your item to: 1099 Vine Street, Suite 204, Sacramento, CA 95811.
  • It can take 7-10 days for your exchange item/s (if applicable) to be re-shipped to your address.
  1. Returning Item:
  • To return your product, mail your product to: 1099 Vine Street, Suite 204, Sacramento, CA 95811.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  1. Exchange Item Schedule:

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering your exchange item/s as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Smart Microbes Inc. does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the exchange item/s item by the estimated date.  In the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Smart Microbes Inc. is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any delays. We will provide updates with respect to delivery schedule of your exchanged item/s.
